IOTC has produced thousands of graduates in all 50 states with a full understanding of the Biblical principles on which America’s founding documents are based.
Jake is an ordained minister and former syndicated talk show host who has spoken to audiences nation-wide, and has established the American Club, a constitutional study group in public and private schools.
Jake has been seen on Yahoo News, Fox News, The Blaze, AP, CBS, NBC, The Weekly Standard, and more…
Discovering that the teaching of law in America had been perverted away from its original design, Michael determined to investigate America’s founding and the roots of our law, in English Common Law and the Bible. This led to the founding of Institute on the Constitution, which is an independent educational outreach in Pasadena, Maryland. IOTC presents the real view—the founders’ view—which is the American view of law and government.
At the Institute on the Constitution (IOTC) our mission is to restore our American Founding Fathers’ Biblical, Constitutional, American View of law and government. This American View can be summed up in these words: “There is a God, our rights come from him and the purpose of civil government is to protect our God-given rights.” We believe that fidelity to this American View is crucial to the preservation of Liberty. IOTC was established in 2004 by former Presidential Candidate Michael Anthony Peroutka and has graduates of our U.S. Constitution Course in all 50 States! This response from Betsy, an IOTC graduate, sums up our work!
“Now…I understand the real purpose of civil government is to protect our God-given rights. IOTC was the vehicle that helped me discover this Truth about our Constitution and wow has it changed my life!”
